General terms & conditions

Me&i general terms & conditions apply to your purchase of goods from me&i. By signing your order form, you confirm that you read the document and agree with me&i terms. By ordering goods, you are aged 18 or over; if not, then please arrange for a parent or guardian to order on your behalf but in their name. When you’ve placed an order via a consultant or on our website you will receive an email as confirmation of your order. Me&i needs an email address to complete the order confirmation. Payment

When you shop with me&i, you can order items via our consultants or on our website.

When you order items via our consultants you will be invoiced for the purchased items, or you may choose to pay by credit card. A link containing information about payment will be sent to your e-mail address and it will be valid for 48hours and then it expires. Click on the link to make a payment by credit card. When you confirm the payment, funds to cover the payment will be reserved on your account. On the day of dispatch the money will be transferred via DIBS to me&i. me&i accepts MasterCard, Visa & PayPal. Keep in mind that it is not possible to change payment methods after an order has been processed. You can only order to your own billing address. me&i reserves the right to check whether the address you have stated is your billing address. When you shop on our web site we only accept credit card payment, via DIBS. We do not accept payment by checks.

Please note that for the moment you cannot pay your me&I orders with Paypal and we apologize for the temporary disruption. To be able to pay your order please make your payment by credit card, me&i accepts VISA and Mastercard.

Delivery terms

me&i delivers to the UK mainland including the Scottish Highlands. We do not deliver to off-shore islands. We send all parcels by courier Parcel4You/Hermes. The couriers will deliver your order directly to the address you have stated within 7-10 working days from when your order is placed. If there is no-one home to receive the parcel, the courier will leave a message that he has tried to make a delivery. The message will include a phone number you can call to contact the courier. If you have not collected or arranged delivery of your parcel within 10 days, it will be returned to me&i. It is important that you contact the courier within this deadline, otherwise me&i reserves the right to interpret your failure to take delivery of your parcel as an indication that you wish to cancel your purchase. A £3.99 charge is added per order for postage and packaging.

When returning item(s) or exchanging item(s) a return fee £3,99 is charged subsequently.

Christmas deliveries
To ensure that your parcel will be delivered to you before Christmas eve, we will need your order no later than 13th of December. Keep in mind that the earlier you order before the 13th the better. All parcels will be shipped with Parcel4You/Hermes.

Personal data

When you make a purchase, me&i will collect and store some information about you. me&i processes this information to complete its assignment for you, for administration and invoicing, to comply with legal obligations, and to market its goods and services. If necessary to complete its assignment for you, me&i may share the information with me&i’s partners. By approving the Terms, you consent to the information being used for the purposes stated by me&i or by me&i’s partners.
